WellCare Raid Sought Records of 'Monetary Overpayments,' Warrant

Federal authorities during the raid seized thousands of
documents, copied data from dozens of hard drives and took
several laptops, including one used by company CEO Todd Farha.
One month after the raid, documents...have been released by the
U.S. Attorney's Office in Tampa, Florida....One of the released
documents was titled,
"Jo-Jo phantom accounts analysis - Florida
miscoding."
There also was a letter to "get around
Medicaid requirements" and another titled
"docs re: possible kickback." |
